Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, therefore in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order, we will aim to resolve any issues.
In order to minimise any dissatisfaction, please order the sample quantities offered to see if colours, size of products etc suit your requirements.
If the product you receive is in any way damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us to arrange for a return, refund or replacement.
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 60 days of receiving the items. Before you return something, you must notify us. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. Please also retain a proof of delivery receipt and it is advisable for you to ensure the items are insured for the return shipment.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Distance Selling Regulations, this excludes perishable goods eg food/confectionery, or items that have been measured/made to order/personalised.
Any goods returned should be in salable condition, and in their original sealed packaging.
All stock is shown at live levels. Items are available from our warehouse in Wolverhampton. Any orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched same day. Orders received after 2pm or over the weekend will be despatched next working day, we are unable to despatch on weekends or Bank Holidays.
Where backorders are accepted despatch should be in 2/3 days but we will advise if longer.
Most items will be sent via Royal Mail but we use various delivery and courier companies to deliver our goods.
