Dispatch Times

All items are fulfilled and dispatched directly from our warehouse in Wolverhampton.

  • In-Stock Items: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, over the weekend, or on Bank Holidays will leave the next working day.
  • Handmade & Personalised Items: Dispatched within 24 hours. (We always aim for same-day dispatch whenever possible!)
  • Backorders: If an item is on backorder, dispatch typically takes 2–3 working days. We will advise you immediately if any extra delay is expected.

Carriers & Order Tracking

We primarily use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels. Once your order has been packed and sent, your tracking number will be automatically added to your order details and emailed to you so you can follow your parcel's journey.
