How long will it take to hear back?
We aim to reply to our messages as soon as possible, we are not in the office after 3pm each day, so any messages sent after this time will not be seen until after 8am the following day.
I haven't received my order.

Can I collect in person?
Yes! Please choose the collect from store option at checkout, please also let us know when you are planning on collecting your order so that we can get it ready in advance.
How long do I have to return an item?
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 60 days of receiving the items. Before you return something, you must notify us. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. Please also retain a proof of delivery receipt and it is advisable for you to ensure the items are insured for the return shipment.
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm the same day, if an order is placed after 2pm, it will be dispatched the following day (unless stated otherwise).
